“Well, I must endure the presence of a few caterpillars if I wish to become acquainted with the butterflies.” – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince. Why are butterflies called butterflies? How do they inspire us in literature and other art forms? What can we do to ensure their survival? Join CNC Naturalist Maureen as we walk CNC trails to look for butterflies and celebrate their colorful presence in the world! This program is family friendly and open to all ages.
