Description

Supervising a team can feel like a thankless and overwhelming task at times. If the methods you’ve developed for managing your team are not delivering the results you desire, it may be time to try something new. This training explores the works of Brene Brown, the Conscious Leadership Group, and other relational experts to redefine the parameters of effective leadership. You’ll learn the importance of self-awareness in avoiding drama and develop strategies for leadership that build upon strengths, transparency, creativity and shared accountability.
