Adventurous Autumn Wild Walk Series: Sensory Hike

Explore the wonders of nature with one of our expert naturalists by getting outside for our Adventurous Autumn Wild Walk Series. We will focus on each of our 5 senses as we walk, one sense at a time, including a break where we will experience a nature sit spot, so bring some warm layers. This experience can be calming and can help us notice what is happening around us. We will also discuss how spending time in nature is healthy for us, physically and mentally. This Wild Walk is for all ages and is led by CNC Educator Lann.
