Join us for this interactive session on how to improve communication with your doctor and learn how to become an advocate for yourself within the healthcare field. The differences between normal aging and what may be a memory loss issue will be covered as well. Handout packets with local resources on caregiving, memory loss, and effective communication with healthcare providers will be made available.
