History Ride driving tour with lunch
The Ontario County Historical Society (OCHS) is hosting an Ontario County history driving tour on Saturday September 18. The driving tour is a roughly 150-mile loop through Ontario County, which will highlight many important pieces of the county’s history. In addition to the route booklet, the tour includes two other experiences. The first is a lunch at Warfield’s Restaurant, lounge, and bakery in Clifton Springs. The second experience, which will follow lunch, is a visit to the Foster Cottage, which is a part of the Clifton Springs Historical Society. Tickets include the route guide, lunch, and a visit to Foster Cottage at $40/person. Purchase tickets at www.OCHS.org, or visit the museum at 55 North Main Street, Canandaigua NY. This is a fundraiser for the historical society, so the proceeds go to the operations of our museum. Support for this event is greatly appreciated.
