ON Matters of Policy and the Economy: Get to Know Crypto
Get to know Crypto, Join us for a Conversation on Cryptocurrency!
You are invited to a networking event and policy discussion about cryptocurrency in New York State. This emerging technology and form of commerce is gaining traction in public discussion and consumer use. And a local “crypto” ecosystem is taking hold in the Finger Lakes region and across the state, promising high paying jobs, and local tax benefits. As a result, policy leaders at all levels of government are determining the right cryptocurrency regulatory framework, from security and equitable access to economic and environmental impacts. Join us for beverages, snacks, networking and crypto conversation on Tuesday, August 30th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa. The program will include brief remarks and insights into cryptocurrency and crypto policy from Mike Colyer, Foundry CEO and New York State Senator Jeremy Cooney (D-56).
