Join us for a celestial celebration like no other - an unforgettable solar eclipse event at Mercy Flight Central!
Immerse yourself in the magic of the moment as you enjoy delectable offerings from food trucks, groove to the rhythm of live music, participate in the silent auction/raffles, and get an up-close look at Mercy Flight Central's brand-new state-of-the-art AW119 helicopter.
This extraordinary gathering promises a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the 2024 solar eclipse! We hope to see you there!
- Tickets are available by presale only; walk-ins will not be allowed. (Ticket pricing can be found on the event website).
- Our confirmed vendors thus far: Iron Smoke, Three Brother's Winery, Twisted Rail Brewing, Simply Crepes
- Live music band(s): TBD
- This will be an all-outside event and will take place rain or shine
- Raffles and will also have an AW119 on display and potentially a c-47 "Whiskey 7" plane, however, that has not been confirmed yet.
- Parking: There will be no onsite parking. We are having our guests park at the Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack and then will be bussed over to our event. (More details on parking can be found on the event website).
- This is going to be set up like a festival. We are inviting our attendees to bring their lawn chairs to watch the eclipse.
