Tour of Barns 2014

Save the Date – It is the 2014 Tour of Barns – this year we celebrate the agricultural history of the town of Hopewell – barn expert, Ray Henry, is the Event Chairman – Saturday, Oct. 4th, 10 am to 5 pm.

Enjoy an autumn day touring a variety of historic barns in the town of Hopewell. Visit our Agricultural Fair at the Hopewell Fire Department Grounds with your family: See a tree trunk transformed into a barn beam; Learn how barns were built and operated before electricity; Watch a hay handling system do its job; See cider pressing; Antique blacksmith tools; Farm machinery and more!
