Wine and pasta are the perfect pair. Pasta textures, fillings, and sauces will significantly impact which wine pairs best - discover how in this exciting and delicious class! Join us and watch our Chef Instructor demonstrate how to make one of the featured classic sauces and provide you with the recipe. As you are served a lunch size portion of a trio of pastas with a variety of sauces, our Beverage Educator will guide you through which NYS wines pair with each flavor profile.
