2026 Chamber Awards Nomination Form
Nomination Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026
At the Ontario County Chamber's Annual Breakfast, we will present two Business of the Year Awards, recognizing both smaller and larger companies, one Nonprofit of the Year Award, and one Lifetime Achievement Award. This year's Annual Breakfast will be held in March at Belhurst Caste in Geneva.
Help us recognize the businesses, nonprofits, and leaders who are strengthening Ontario County.
Use this form to nominate:
* Business of the Year (We'll recognize both a small -- fewer than 25 employees -- and a large -- 25+ employees -- businesses. If you don't know the size of the business, that's OK.)
* Nonprofit of the Year
* Lifetime Achievement Award (individual)
You may nominate your own organization, your employer, another business or nonprofit, or an individual community leader.
To complete this form, you’ll need:
* Name of the nominee (Business/Organization name or the Person's Name)
* A brief explanation of why they should be recognized
* Your contact information in case we need clarification
Award Criteria
Business of the Year: Demonstrates exceptional leadership, community involvement and contributions to economic vitality.
Nonprofit of the Year: Demonstrates outstanding service, impact and commitment to local residents and communities.
Lifetime Achievement Award: Honors an individual who has shown exemplary, long-term service to the greater community — above and beyond what could be expected of one person.
Eligibility
* Nominee organizations must be Ontario County Chamber members in good standing (business & nonprofit awards). It's OK if you don't know this; Chamber staff can determine this.
* Lifetime Achievement nominees must live, work or volunteer in Ontario County.
* Awards are not presented posthumously or to couples, groups or employees of a nominated business.
