Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of Financial Services volunteers. This includes recruiting and training of new volunteers and maintaining current volunteer base. The Program Coordinator generally maintains a caseload between 15-20 clients. The Program Coordinator assists older adults in managing their financial affairs and provides assistance in planning and maintaining their long-term financial security. The Program Coordinator is responsible for direct program outreach which entails coordinating and facilitating group presentations to groups of older adults and community professionals. about program services and about avoiding financial crises and maintaining financial security. The Program Coordinator works with a team, providing bill payer services in multiple counties (Ontario, Livingston, Orleans, Monroe, Genesee & Steuben). Travel is involved amongst and between counties.
