Automotive Sales Consultant

Maguire Ford of Canandaigua is looking to build their Sales team.
The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position pays a base salary between $31,200.00 - $52,000.00 PLUS a weekly commission.
Hours vary based on sales floor schedule. Schedule will include one day off during the week as well as Sundays off and working every Saturday.
Duties include: Giving feature presentations of new and used vehicles tailored to the customer's interests and needs. Demonstrate new and used vehicles (include test drives). Deliver vehicles to customers. We encourage Customer follow-up. Attend onsite/offsite sales trainings on all new products, new features and accessories. Maintaining a high CSI score is priority.
