Loader Operator / Yard Crew

Loader / Machine Operator – Vermi Green
Pay: $20/hr+ based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM (day shift)

We’re looking for a skilled operator who knows their way around heavy equipment. If you can handle a payloader, skid steer, excavator, or similar gear, we want you on our crew. You’ll be keeping our production moving—loading compost, topsoil, stone, sand, and more—while working with a team that’s serious about safety and efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Run loaders, skid steers, excavators, and other equipment daily

• Set up, clean, and adjust machines to keep production smooth

• Screen, move, and load materials for trucks and customers

• Perform regular maintenance: grease, wash, and service machines

• Troubleshoot and fix minor issues when they pop up

• Work closely with the team to get the job done right

What we’re looking for:

• Experience running loaders, excavators, or similar machines

• Knowledge of production equipment and safe operation

• Ability to spot issues before they turn into problems

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Reliability and attention to detail

We’ll provide training where needed—just bring your experience, your work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
