CFR has Child Care Referral & Family Resource Centers in each County offering a variety of services at each site including family fun events, early childhood learning opportunities, home visiting, parent education classes, support groups, child items (car seats, diapers, cribs etc.), referrals to child care programs and other community services, supervised visitation services for non-custodial parents; training, registration and enrollment services for regulated child care programs.
