Art Services & Programs, Arts Center. The Ontario County Arts Council (OCAC) is an Arts Center featuring exhibitions, performances, educational classes, and workshops, as well as entertainment-events for fun and relaxation within the many arts' fields. Exhibitions vary from month-to-month, music performances cover everything from Bluegrass to Classical, theatrical events are scheduled from time to time and entertaining events at least once a month.
