About Us
Physical therapy and wellness, individual and group exercise classes. We provide physical therapy at clients homes and in our clinic. We specialize in helping people move through Parkinson Disease and helping people age actively. We offer exercise classes for the aging population and Rock Steady Boxing for people with a Parkinson's or Atypical Parkinson's diagnosis.
Classes we offer open to all include a Cardio Cognitive Class, Functional Mobility Class (PWR! Moves) and a HIIT Boxing Class.
