Thompson Hospital's Urgent Care provides the care you need to quickly diagnose and treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The goal of our providers -- doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants -- is to get you treated promptly and courteously so you can get back to enjoying your life. We treat the whole person, not just the symptoms, by maintaining contact with your doctor or medical history when necessary. We connect you to the rest of UR Medicine system for follow-up care. If your condition warrants a transfer to Thompson's emergency room after visiting one of our Urgent Care Centers, there is no urgent care charge. F.F.
