Gelli Plate Printing with Ginny Deneka

Learn how to make one-of-a-kind, beautiful works of art with the mono print process on an 8×10 gelli plate. Water-based acrylic paint will be used for the print-making, but students will get the chance to play and explore with a variety of materials! Stencils, masks, ghost prints.. Oh, my. Brayers, rice paper and string. Leaves, bubble wrap and flowers. All materials are supplied, but students may want to bring preferred acrylic paints, stamps, stencils, leaves, flowers…things they can use for printing. Wear clothes you can get messy in! Ages 16+. Suitable for all levels, but especially for beginners and those wanting more practice.
