CFR provides family resources around parenting, child development, pregnancy, supervised visitation services, child care and emergency children's item needs. Services are provided through home visiting, peer groups and education classes, social connection groups and special events. CFR also supports child care program start-up, legally exempt care enrollment, child care data, inspections and compliance, training, technical assistance and onsite coaching.
