Description

Sponsored by the 1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse Museum and Indigenous Affairs Committee, New York Yearly Meeting of Friends, the program will explore the concept of rematriation — "the act or process of returning the sacred to the mother."

Speakers will include Diane Schenandoah, Faithkeeper of the Oneida Nation, and Liseli Haines, Member of the New York Yearly Meeting of Friends (Quakers).

Light refreshments will be provided.

The event will be at 2 p.m. at Ganondagan State Historic Site, Victor.
