Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN), BSN
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to join our team. The RN BSN will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and comfort while collaborating with the healthcare team. This role involves utilizing critical thinking, evidence-based practices, and a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in patient charts.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatments, and health maintenance.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous learning and development activities to stay current with medical and nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, etc.) depending on department/role.
